Refund Policy

Digital downloads

All Luna’s Whimsy World products are digital files that you can download straight after payment. At checkout you agree to receive the files immediately, and you confirm that the EU 14-day right of withdrawal therefore no longer applies once the download is available.

When you can get a refund

We will gladly fix the problem, or give you a full refund, if:

• a file is damaged, will not open or will not download;
• the product is clearly different from its description; or
• you were charged twice for the same product by mistake.

We cannot offer refunds if you change your mind, bought the wrong product, or no longer need it, because the files cannot be “returned”.

How to ask

Email hello@lunaswhimsyworld.com within 30 days of purchase with your order email, the product name and a short description of the problem (a screenshot helps). We usually reply within 2 working days. Often a new download link or a corrected file solves it straight away; if not, we refund you in full through Payhip to your original payment method.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not affect your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights when a digital product is faulty.
