These terms apply to the use of lunaswhimsyworld.com and to all Luna’s Whimsy World digital products. By buying or downloading a product, you agree to them.

Who we are

Luna’s Whimsy World is run by Edina Szlanyinka, a private individual registered for tax in Hungary (adószámos magánszemély), EU, tax number 53769594-1-23, postal address: Köztársaság utca 21., 6527 Nagybaracska, Hungary. Contact: hello@lunaswhimsyworld.com.

Digital products only

All products are digital PDF downloads (A4 and US Letter). Nothing physical is shipped. After payment you get instant access to your files through Payhip.

Buying

Orders, payments and file delivery are handled by Payhip. Prices are shown on each product page; some products let you choose to pay more than the minimum price. Payhip’s own terms also apply to the checkout.

Licence: personal and classroom use

  • You may print the files as many times as you like for your own family, or for one classroom or small group you teach.
  • You may not resell, share, upload or give away the files (or printed copies) as your own product, or share the download link.
  • You may not use the artwork, the Luna character or the stories in other products, logos or designs.
  • All illustrations, stories and designs are © Edina Szlanyinka. Buying a file gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of the design.

Refunds

Because files are delivered instantly, all sales are final, except when a file is faulty or not as described. See our Refund Policy.

Printing

Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, printer and paper. Please check the product description and preview images before you buy.

Using the website

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or online. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under EU or Hungarian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country. If you have a problem, please email us first, and we will do our best to sort it out.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the day of your purchase applies to that purchase.
